Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of a IT Service Help Desk professional to join a busy Council in the Eastern Suburbs. This opportunity is a temp contract starting 14.10.2019.
- 6 Months
- Band 5 - $33.19 per hour plus superannuation
- Eastern Suburbs
- Support internal and external customers with network and desktop services.
- Administer Council's telecommunications system, including patching, handset maintenance and new services
- Demonstrated knowledge in hardware connectivity and telecommunications, including remote access technologies (VPN, 3-4G, WAN).
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting software and hardware faults.
- Good working knowledge of windows operating system microsoft office, desktop and laptop computers printers and devices including mobile devices.
- Demonstrated experience working in collaboration with clients to better understand, anticipate and meet their needs combined with excellent customer service skills.
