IT Service Desk / Help Desk - 3x month role

This is quite a physical role involving unboxing devices, getting rid of old devices and imaging and deploying the new ones. Emphasis here on following the asset management process from start to finish.
This role includes:
- Customer service
- Reporting on the performance of service levels
- Physically handling the deployment of devices – from unpacking, recording serial numbers, installation etc
- Following all of the asset management steps
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A Driver’s licence
- A National Police Check (either you will have one already or be willing to obtain one at your own cost once you’ve progressed in your application to offer stage)
- IT Support Experience that is similar (local government experience highly desirable)
