Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to a HRIS Officer to join a Local Government on a temporary basis.
  • Start ASAP
  • 3 Months
  • Outer South East Suburbs
  • $33.19 - $45.08 per hour plus superannuation 
  • Must have Chris21 & PageUp experience
Duties:
  • As a member of People and Culture work in a customer-focused and collaborative way to provide contemporary workforce data insights for the Council to make informed Workforce and organisational decisions
  • Provide specialist analytical support and advice to the People and Culture team and Business Units across Council on key trends and contemporary workforce data insights to support council make informed organisational decisions
  • Administer systems and ensure the interfaces between the P&C systems and platforms is effective and enables accurate and timely onboarding and Payroll outputs
  • Support the use of the various People and Culture systems and ensure their usability and effectiveness meet the needs of the Council
Requirements: 
  • National Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Experienced user and administrator of Chris 21, PageUp, Navigo, and other People and Culture digital tools and systems
  • Strong Excel experience will be highly regarded.
  • Proven report writing skills
  • Can manipulate data sets and generate meaningful insights specific to the business and audience
  • Power Bi Experience
  • Date analytical skills
