As part of the Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing IT support to the organisation and ensuring the day-to-day operations are running smoothly. This is a customer focused role and requires a good understanding of system performance.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing support via a Ticketing System and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Assisting with hands-on hardware and software support.
- Maintenance of the Client’s network.
- Installing, moving, and maintaining equipment and software.
- Stakeholder management and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in supporting modern workplace technologies and a good understanding on how to troubleshoot efficiently.
- Experience using a ticketing system and able to prioritise.
- Being an approachable individual that delivers excellent customer service to Stakeholders during any IT requirements/issues.
- Ability to adhere to LG processes and security protocols.
