About the role: 

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Administration Officer to support Council Community Service's team including preparing and responding to customer requests and the administration of customer services processes in an effective manner.

Key Requirements; 
  • A Certificate in Administration or similar qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills (minimum 60 wpm at 98% accuracy)
  • Office organisation ability, including the capacity to develop and maintain appropriate procedures and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer products (particularly Word and Excel), and the ability to access and interpret databases
  • Proven customer service experience
