About the role: 

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Resource officer to join a large Council in Melbourne's south - west through a very exciting change period. 

As the successful candidate you will be working closely with the Team Leader & Coordinator to achieve Council's Service Excellence Standards by assisting in the implementation of a Customer Service Training & Development program to assist in development of Council's Customer Service team.

Requirements include:  
  • Qualifications in Workplace Training or substantial experience in a training capacity withing a Customer Service environment
  • Proven ability to work as an active team member, adding to and contributing to positive team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision whilst still showing initiative
  • Ability & confidence to respond maturely & wisely in critical situations
