Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Correspondence Coordinator to join the Lord Mayor office of an inner city council, on contract until June 2022. 

Working as part of a fast paced, close-knit  you will have responsibility for coordinating all the correspondence that comes in and goes out of the Lord Mayor’s office. Experience with Salesforce is a MUST, you will create and manage information flows to ensure all correspondence is managed and responded to effectively, efficiently and most importantly – accurately.

Key Requirements: 
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt styles to suit diverse audiences
  • Ability to research and obtain information quickly from across the organisation
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Strong political acumen with a well-developed respect for confidentiality
  • Confidence in liaising with and developing constructive working relationships with stakeholders at the highest level
  • A positive, proactive and flexible attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
