Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of a Coordinator of Organisational Performance to join a Council in the Outer Northern suburbs.
  • 3 Months initially (view to go permanent)

  • Must undertake a Police Check
Duties include:
  • Deliver upon the key performance criteria outlined in the Risk Management Framework 2019
  • Review and update the Business Continuity Plan and Policy and coordinate business continuity activities across Council
  • Responsible for the coordination of risk and insurance activities, including the development and implementation of strategies, frameworks, policy and procedures
  • With support from the Manager People, Culture and Performance, design and implement a framework for business and performance planning
  • Development and delivery of organisational projects including the Employee Opinion Survey
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or other relevant discipline with several years’ experience, OR extensive relevant experience with a proven track record in delivering results in accordance with organisational goals and values
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently role model organisational values, and build a team who work to defined internal customer service standards
  • Well-developed project management and reporting skills, with a demonstrated history of achieving required results
  • Understanding of risk management standards and how they can be applied in a Local Government setting
  • Understanding of performance planning processes at an organisational, department and individual level
