I am working in partnership with a local council located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Officer to join them on an initial 6-month contract with the potential for ongoing opportunities.
As part of the Project Delivery team, you will be actively involved in the contract management of Capital Works projects.
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Contract administration of a diverse portfolio of building and civil projects
• Liaising with key stakeholders both internal and external
• Full spectrum of contract administration 
• Management of request for information & processing pay variations
Requirements include:
• Proven experience and knowledge in the contract administration for council projects
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Project Management – Highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong understanding of Local Government policies and procedures
