In this role, you will play a key part of the Capital Projects Leadership team at City of Melton. Reporting to the Manager Capital Projects, this role will coordinate the delivery of capital works projects valued between $50,000 - $10million.

Duties will include but not limited to:
• Coordinate the delivery of capital works projects in accordance with councils PMF
• Coach, mentor, support & develop staff within the team whilst building and maintaining culture
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Ensure projects are completed to Commonwealth and State Legislation 
• Prepare project related documents including briefs, business cases, reports & presentations
  
Requirements include:
• Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or relevant
• Proven ability to effectively lead a team and organise works and resources
• Proven understanding of Project Management methodology
• Excellent communications with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
