Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Administration Officer to join the Regulatory Services team with a Council in Melbourne's south - east. 

The position will see you providing efficient administrative support to regulatory services team predominately to review and assess infringement review requests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring activities systems and procedures operate in the most effective and efficient manner

Key Requirements;

  • Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple administrative task priorities
  • Demonstrated effective planning and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in Local Government infringement review process and procedures 
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and recognise where improvements need to be made to administrative procedures and processes
  • Demonstrated capacity providing high quality administrative support using the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook and Excel along with proficiency in use of various Regulatory Services related software programs and databases including Objective, Merit, Pathway or similar
