Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for an experienced Business Support / Administration professional to support Council's Procurement & Purchasing team, on contract through until the end of 2021. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for; 
  • Purchase Order review and processing
  • Purchase Order reporting from Tech1 database
  • Supplier database management
  • Credit Card monitoring
  • Customer service support - taking enquiries in regards to requisitions & purchase orders 
Key Requirements: 
  • High level of competence and experience with system Tech1
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Sound understanding of local government 
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills in order to respond to enquires relating to requisitions & purchase orders
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of documents and data
