Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Administration Officer to join a Council in Melbourne's north in the Amenity & Compliance team commencing ASAP - 31st Jan 2020. 

This position would suit someone who posses exceptional customer service skills as you will be responsible for departmental queries from the community along with providing administration support to ensure timely & accurate processing and assessment of applications for a review and decision to issue an infringement notice whilst carrying out any other administrative tasks associated to this process. 

Key Requirements; 
  • Ability to work within a successful team, supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of Council's compliance & infringement process 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications & specific Council systems such as; Pathway, GIS, TRIM or similar
