Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Business Support Officer to join our client in Melbourne's coastal south-east on a 3 month contact.

The responsibilities of your role is to provide administration support to the Strategic Planning unit, provide high level administration support to the Manager & wider team, preparation of data lists & large mail merges, along with coordinating planning scheme amendments & strategic planning projects. 

Key Requirements: 
  • Qualifications in administration or customer service, & experience within the town planning, subdivision or building area within the relevant industry
  • Experience with systems such as; PATHWAY, TRIM , MERIT, OBJECTIVE or similar 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous experience supporting large teams & managing conflicting priorities
