Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to an Business Analyst/ Project Officer with proven experience using Pathway to join a Local Government on a contract.  
  • 8-week temporary assignment
  • Immediate start
  • Northern suburb (currently work from home)
  • Flexible on salary
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF PATHWAY
Key Criteria: 
  • To assist with the coordination and update of Pathway across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder management, liaising with staff and coordinating meetings throughout this project.
  • Reviewing test plans, project material and providing advice on these plans and analysis.
  • Provide overall Pathway support to stakeholders.
  • This role is currently 8 weeks to assist with this upgrade with the potential to be extended but no longer than 12 weeks, must be able to commit to this time frame.
Requirements Include:

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in the field desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of Pathway essential.
  • Excellent communicator and able to liaise with stakeholders to guide the project and also provide advice when necessary.
  • Local government experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Immediately available and able to commit to the assignment for 8 – 12 weeks.
COVID UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 in Victoria, this position is to work from home. Once the lockdown has ended, this role will be required to have someone in the office 2 days a week. Flexibility can be offered but the ideal candidate will be able to commit to these standards.
