Job Description

As an approved Victorian Public Sector provider working with organisations across Melbourne, we are looking for industry experienced Administrators & Business Support Officers  to fulfill a range of upcoming contract opportunities with a number of leading progressive organisations & councils in Melbourne's metro & surrounding suburbs.

Essential Attributes; 
  • Ability to work within successful team environments
  • Have previous experience using TRIM, Objective, Authority, Pathways, Merit, P&R, Tech1, Merit or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your own time, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with a technical / legislative driven environment
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
