Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Administration Officer to join our client in Melbourne's coastal south-east to work with the Environmental protection team. This position will offer an initial 2 month contact with the potential for an extension. 

The responsibilities of your role is to provide administration support to the Environmental Protection / Local Laws team, to maintain databases, provide high level of customer service to residents and internal stakeholders on all Environmental Protection Council matters.

Key Requirements: 
  • Qualifications in administration or customer service, & experience within a Local Government legislative driven environment. 
  • Experience with systems such as; Tech1 TRIM , MERIT, OBJECTIVE or similar 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous experience supporting large teams & managing conflicting priorities
