This role will be for an initial 3 month contact offering 4 days per week, as the successful candidate you willbe tasked with responsibilities such as; meeting minutes, collate material for reports, presentations, diary management, record keeping & purchase orders.
- Capacity to respond to varied level of customer enquiries
- Knowledge of a diverse range of Council services
- Proven experience being a key part of a team
- Ability to priortise across a number of diverse functions and deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a drive to help & resolve issues high Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High standard administration, organisation and communication skills
