Job Description

Public Sector People are inviting applications for a highly experienced Administrator to support the EA to Director of Partnerships, Planning & Engagement with a council based in Melbourne's North!

This role will be for an initial 3 month contact offering 4 days per week, as the successful candidate you willbe tasked with responsibilities such as; meeting minutes, collate material for reports, presentations, diary management, record keeping & purchase orders. 

Key Requirements: 
  • Capacity to respond to varied level of customer enquiries 
  • Knowledge of a diverse range of Council services
  • Proven experience being a key part of a team 
  • Ability to priortise across a number of diverse functions and deadlines 
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a drive to help & resolve issues high Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • High standard administration, organisation and communication skills
