Job Description

Offering contract through until February 2021, working with Local City Council  supporting the Infrastructure Planning & Asset Strategies within the Water Partnership which is an extension of Water Infrastructure.

Benefits to you: 
  • Contract through until 12th of February 2021
  • $30 ph + super 
  • Working from home with option to working from Council offices 
Duties include:
  • Provide high quality internal and external customer service via personal contact or via the telephone, including investigating and dealing with customer enquiries as appropriate
  • Make appointments, meeting times and conference arrangements for management and staff within the team
  • Where required, direct all incoming correspondence to appropriate staff for action; arrange follow up as necessary
  • Coordinate, format and prepare reports
  • Extract and check data reports for accuracy
What you need:
  • 5 years recent Administration & Business Support experience in a similar organisation 
  • High level of attention to detail and experience in high pressure roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in an Administration focused role will also be an advantage
