Job Description

Public Sector People are working with a regional council southwest of Melbourne to recruit an Administration Officer for a temporary position for a 3-month contract. Located a short 1 hour drive outside of Melbourne. 
  
Working with the building services team the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support.
  
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the building services team
  • Assisting with the data entry of a backlog of permits
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience using pathway would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
