The position reports directly to the Administration Team Leader and as the successful candidate you will provide a high level of administrative, systems support to assist with the smooth operation of Council’s Building Services Department.
You will be responsible for the provision of high level customer service by telephone and counter including providing basic technical information & advice.
- Extensive background in an Administration or Customer Service role
- Experience & knowledge of Building & Planning legislation in regards to Local Government
- Experience with industry specific systems; Intramaps, Pathway (SmartClient) & MS Office
- Previous experience processing property information and building search certificate requests and enquiries
