Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Administration Officer to join a Council in Melbourne's East within the Property & Valuations unit of council. As the successful candidate you will provide a range of quality administrative and customer service functions to the Senior Revenue office & wider team, primarily the data entry of names and address records (NAR) for all properties within municipality. 

Key requirements: 
  • Advanced MS Word & Excel skills, experience with MS Access is desired
  • Experience with the use of Local Government system such as PATHWAY
  • Experience in a similar administration / data entry role
  • High-level data entry skills for the processing of payments & reconciliations
  • Well developed customer service skills, phone & face-face
  • Excellent interpersonal qualities with a service excellence approach and great attitude towards working in a team based environment.
