The responsibilities of your role is to provide administration support to the Building & Planning teams to maintain databases, building permits, planning & subdivision filing along with coordinating referrals to statutory authorities & then provide notice of application.
- Qualifications in administration or customer service, & experience within the town planning, subdivision or building area within the relevant industry
- Experience with systems such as; PATHWAY, AUTHORITY, TRIM & SPEAR or similar
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Previous experience supporting large teams & managing conflicting priorities
