This role will be responsible for general administration functions for the local laws office including answering phones, issuing permits, written correspondence and will also include the infringement life cycle so previous knowledge on associated legislation is required!
- Substantial experience in administration or customer service within town planning, building or local laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to show empathy and provide conflict resolution.
- Experience with systems such as: Proclaim, SPEAR, Pathway and Trim
- Experience in the issuing of permits in relation to Local Government Acts & Regulations.
