About the Role: As Project Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on
streetscape upgrades, public domain improvements, urban revitalisation projects, road widening works, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
The portfolio also includes buildings, town centre upgrades, parks, roads, and other community assets.
You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.
Key Requirements: - Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience delivering streetscape, public domain, road widening, stormwater, and broader infrastructure projects through design and construction phases
- End-to-end project delivery experience, including construction management
- Strong procurement and contract administration experience
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence and White Card
