We’re seeking an experienced
Administrative Support professional
to join the
Procurement & Contracts team
within a local council in Melbourne’s south east. This short-term role offers the opportunity to support a busy team and keep things running smoothly over the coming months.
In this role, you will: - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement & Contracts team
- Assist with document preparation, data entry and record management
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
- Support procurement and contract management processes
- Respond to internal queries promptly and professionally
About you: You’ll be highly organised with strong attention to detail, comfortable working across multiple priorities and confident in using Microsoft Office and Council systems. Experience in a local government or similar environment will be highly regarded.
Contract details: - Immediate start – through to end of January 2026 potential to extend
- Located in the south eastern suburbs
- Temporary full-time position via agency
