In our formative years, Design & Build was primarily focused on providing recruitment within our niche market, predominately: civil engineering, town planning and building surveying within local government. PSP are also an approved partner to Comensura, allowing us to supply temporary staff across both metropolitan and regional councils in Victoria and Queensland. A relationship that has been in place since 2008.
During my ten years with Design & Build and shortly PSP, I have witnessed first-hand the challenges our clients, candidates and colleagues have faced as well as the ever-changing recruitment landscape within the public sector. What stands out for me is our ability to evolve and adapt as a team whilst remaining true to our company mission. We don’t just say it, we mean it and live by it. This is reflected in our actions as well as how we monitor this as a business.
